Frontier Research and Innovation Foundation is a non-government, non-political, non-profit organization chartered in 2024 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

To promote research, education, healthcare, skills development, and social welfare while creating sustainable opportunities for vulnerable communities and contributing to national development.

## Governance Structure
The foundation is structured across three distinct tiers:
1. **Governing Council**: Provides legal, financial, and fiduciary oversight.
2. **Executive Secretariat**: Manages daily grant allocations and project execution.
3. **Statutory Oversight**: Ensures compliance with non-profit mandates.
