2. Intellectual Property & Open Access

Frontier Research and Innovation Foundation advocates for open science and academic dissemination:

• Open Access Publications: Research papers, policy briefs, and conference abstracts published directly by the foundation are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0), permitting free distribution with proper citation.
• Trademarks & Branding: The official logo, emblem, and name Frontier Research and Innovation Foundation remain the exclusive registered property of the foundation and may not be used without written authorization.

3. Non-Profit Donation Terms

All financial contributions made to the foundation support non-profit scientific research, community development, and emergency relief:

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable once processed, except in proven cases of technical billing errors.
• Financial records and tax receipts are issued to donors upon request for compliance under national non-profit regulations.

4. Academic Integrity & Code of Conduct

Members and researchers participating in foundation programs must adhere to rigorous academic honesty. Plagiarism, fraudulent data submission, or unethical research practices will result in immediate termination of membership, revocation of grants, and reporting to institutional authorities.
