## 1. Open Access & Intellectual Property
- **CC BY 4.0 License**: Research papers, policy briefs, and conference abstracts published directly by the foundation are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0), permitting free redistribution with attribution.
- **Trademarks**: Logos, emblems, and official foundation branding remain the exclusive property of the foundation.

## 2. Research Integrity
Members and researchers participating in foundation programs must adhere to rigorous academic honesty. Plagiarism or fraudulent data submission will result in immediate revocation of grants and membership.
